In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us within 7 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to offer you either an exchange or full refund minus any postage costs, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition as follows:
a) You have not worn or damaged the jewellery.
b) You have contacted us within 7 working days of receiving your goods at email@example.com.
c) You return your goods within 7 days of emailing.
Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances as they have been customised especially for you. These include engraved items, bespoke pieces and any jewellery that you have specifically asked be made with different stones or metals than are shown on the website. For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings.
We require that you send your order back to us by recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. The item(s) must be packed securely in the packaging in which you have received it. We are not liable to refund you if the jewellery item is returned to us broken.
The payment used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price within 30 days or your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were delivered to you.
If goods are returned in damaged or worn condition, Gee Woods reserves the right to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount credited to you.
If there are any problems with your refund, a member of customer services will contact you. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
